Why?

Why do people here in NC want the A/C to be on 60 in the summer, but the heat on 85 in the winter? It's June and I'm sitting in my office with a sweater on.

Try sitting in the coliseum where it is the opposite. The heat is on during the summer and I swear the AC is blasting mid December.

Ever find out who's skeletons they were?

Hi right back at you.

It's 80 degrees with 47% humidity in Chapel Hill. What's the weather like where ever y'all may be?

Wheeling, WV 70 degrees, 40% humidity, no clouds and a light breeze. Perfect! And I'm on my way outside to do some yard work.

A little stuffy, humid, ranging anywhere from 32-91 degrees, varying every 10 minutes. Kind of smelly, and almost sticky at times. I'm still in the office, though. Not sure what it's like outside.
Anyone ever have lasagna with banana peppers in it? Some chick here brought it in today, and it's pretty damn good.

Why stop enjoying luscious ramen when you graduate? I graduate many moons ago, but still love my ramen. Yeah, the flavor packet has lots of salt, but whatever. You can always use half of it if sodium worries you.

Now about the butter . . .I've not tried that in awhile, I'll have to give it a go.

My last summer as an undergrad I was so poor that I ate ramen everyday for like 6 weeks. I came up with many, many variations on how to make them.

My old (Italian) bosses mom's "Stuffed Hot Banana Peppers"
Stuff banana peppers (without the seeds!, or the white, hot insides, rinse and slit peppers) with a mixture of Italian sausage, breadcrumbs, eggs, olive oil,Italian seasoning, chopped onions and mushrooms. Put in a baking pan and cover peppers with tomato sauce (bottom of pan too). Cover with foil bake 350 for about 1 1/2 hrs. take foil off and brown peppers then cover everything with Shredded mozarella or any Italian cheese. Stick back in oven to brown cheese for a minute or two. My kids liked it served with mashed potatoes to cut the heat!
If you've got the stomach to take this spicy dish you'll love it.
Yummy! Thanks, Rachel Ray

I LOVE banana peppers. The noodle causes weight gain. The weather in Houston is HOT. HOT. Oh, did I say HOT! No rain for at least 2 weeks, no clouds. Inside temp is on 80 degrees and the AC is still coming on.

My sister cans hot banana peppers and sweet green peppers in some kind of Italian tomato sauce. They are so good that you can just eat them straight out of the jar. They're much better than Oliverio's brand. I can't even get those here in NC. There's not much Italian influence here in the food.

Rich's legal team thought I should maintain a lower profile, out of the limelight, so I volunteered for Hillary's campaign.
