I live less than 20 miles from Fredericksburg, VA.

My house is 2.5 miles from I-95.

My only option for TV or Internet is satellite.....

I live in NYC / Manhattan, (the center of the media universe?) Around here the only option for Internet is Spectrum aka Time Warner. I can get TV from Spectrum or over the air via rabbit ear antenna. Some neighbors on higher floors used to use satellite, but have been shut down as the building has deemed the dish mounts detrimental to the building’s structure.

Given the lack of competition, shouldn’t the internet be treated as a public utility?
