Anytime Tavon touched the ball I could feel every broncos fan around me hold their breath. He was great, when he got the ball that is. It felt as though they really held back on offense, no real wrinkles or creative ways to use him as I expected. Stedman had one great catch for a first down, but that was only one of two times I counted that he was targeted, the other he was hammered the second it touched his hands. Overall good showing and a very enjoyable game for being preseason.

It's just sad that #52 couldn't/didn't block for Tavon...if he did, that was a sure TD.

That sucks. I was worried when I heard after his week 1 circus catches that he didnt play reciever any more, just special teams.

Bruce got way more playing time in tonight's game than he has all preseason. His groin injury is clearly getting better. He looked absolutely awesome in the sam spot. Favorite play was him chasing down Terrell Pryor for a sack.

It's going to be a lot of fun watching him in the Super Bowl!

Don't look now, but I'm pretty sure Pat White just made the 53-man Redskins roster. Go Pat! http://m.washingtonpost.com/blogs/foo ... keep-pat-white-on-roster/

More news outlets reporting. So Vince Young doesn't survive the cuts. Tebow and Clausen are no longer playing. But Pat continues his comeback bid. Awesome.

Dont you read this message board Jane? Dana sucks because we didn't win by 50 with a vanilla game plan and a ton of new players.

Was very happy to see that White made the 'Skins roster. He has worked hard to get back in the league and he showed enough in the preseason.

* And everyone knows Bigfoot was better suited to play in the Northwest. Seattle maybe?

Yeah in 2 years when he gets traded to the 49ers I'll enjoy watching him with a Super Bowl too.

Garvin makes Steelers practice squad:

The Steelers re-signed receiver Justin Brown and outside linebacker Alan Baxter and placed them on the practice squad with six other players.
Also signed to the eight-man squad were tackle Joe Long, guard Chris Hubbard; running back Alvester Alexander; defensive end Brian Arnfelt, linebacker Terence Garvin and cornerback Devin Smith.

The good, the bad and the ugly:

The good: J.T. Thomas picked up by Jags.

The bad: Najee Goode released by Bucs.

The ugly: Bigfoot signed to Jets practice squad.
